   I have a question not a comment. My question is when you stretch your perms, what do you do in between, do you press your roots or what? Also, how long do you stretch your perms? I am currently trying to stretch mine and I was thinking about pressing my roots.

   Hi,

   When I stretch my relaxer, styling the hair in limited to just pulling it back in a bun and covering it with a cute phoney pony or a nice colorful scarf to match your outfit... My hair type is 4b and then some... so I can not comb it too much... I use scurl or braid moisturizing spray to keep it moist, combable and soft.... I use Wave Nuveau hair lotion as moisturizer and Coconut oil to seal in or I use one of those cheapie $1.00 Softee grease to seal... That's the only thing bad when I stretch... I am very limited to hair styles... I bought a half wig I can use when I need to look decent for an occasion.
